You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the order number. Used or damaged-by-customer items are not eligible.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including delivery at no cost to you.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. Mobile banking refunds (bKash/Nagad) may take 1–3 additional business days to reflect in your account.
The ৳100 delivery charge is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
