All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability.
A flat delivery charge of ৳100 applies to all orders across Bangladesh. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days. Delays due to courier or force majeure are beyond our control.
When paying with reward points, the ৳100 delivery charge still applies and must be paid online to confirm the order. Points used toward an order are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled before dispatch.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
